Event Information

The gates to the venue will be open from 7.00am and it is advisable to arrive at the track by latest 8.00am to ensure suitable parking for your competition and service vehicle as well as your trailer which may be in a remote area separate from the main service area due to space limitations. If unexpected delays with your arrival occur please do not worry but it is advisable to phone ahead so we can organise exceptional paddock access and delayed sign on and scrutiny.

Scrutineering will commence at 8.00am in the pre-stage holding area or service area depending on venue, please ensure your racewear is provided with the vehicle for both driver and navigators. Signing on will take place in the rally office from 8.00am and number plates will be provided, if required. It is advisable to bring adhesive (duct tape) to attach the plates to your car. The drivers briefing is scheduled for 9.45am with noise testing and the observation lap to commence immediately after. All drivers must be wearing full racewear and be fully harnessed when completing their observation lap. Dual drivers will receive one observation lap to cover both drivers so please ensure both competitors are in the vehicle.

The event will be held over six timed runs with competitors best five times counting towards their final result. A trophy presentation for First, Second and Third place in each class and also the Overall Winners will take place 15 minutes after the last car finishes and will be held outside/inside (weather dependent) rally office.

We encourage all new drivers that have not previously competed with us to familiarise yourself with our general drivers briefing in order to get a better understanding of what to expect on the day of the event.
